Office Toys!

Sometimes, happy keepsakes adorn the otherwise bleak cubicle to remind employees why they work as hard as they do, or to remind them of the outside world they see on nights and weekends. These trinkets of interest are tchotchkes reminding one of a place once visited, an emotion, a childhood experience or the child that’s still within us.

You’re invited to the latest ArtByBrenan Extravaganza entitled Office Toys!, at Jackson’s Bar & Bistro, Wednesday, March 7.

Office Toys! explores some of the better keepsakes found in the artist’s daily work environment. Painted in two-dimensional form and on a much larger scale, the aim is to magnify and convey the emotion felt by those who happen upon these particular tchotchkes as guests in the cubicle environs.

Free sloppy joes for the early showgoers and drink specials will be announced. That’s two weeks from today at Jackson’s Bar & Bistro, Wednesday, March 7, 5:30pm till whenever.
